LA1:USE RESEARCH METHODS TO GATHER MATERIAL:QUANTITATIVE SURVEY


I seemed to find information about peoples interests so it would help me create a good media product. And so I went onto the website survey monkey to create a survey where I asked things such as what is the best energy drink, gaming console, video game franchise, place to eat, sport, genre of film, gender, streaming service, marvel film and finally how did they find the survey. Once I created this survey I continued to share the survey by sending the survey to others by using the application Microsoft Teams and from there they answered all my questions on survey monkey through the link on Microsoft Teams. All of the feedback I got from this survey and the people that answered it will help me to make a great media product.

Advertising Research for College advert

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yg4Mq5EAEzw I know these examples aren't really similar to a advert for a college but bare with me this is a link to an advertisement for coca cola that was made around Christmas 2020 the goal of this advert is to associate Coca Cola with happiness and Christmas time therefore you buy more of their product and if I was able to make students feel productive through the ad I make it would be very effective. Survey results Analysis

The first question in the survey was "what is your preferred drink" and the answers were overwhelmingly coca cola and fanta was second and following was just plain water.  The second question was "what is the best gaming platform" and the answers were actually pretty mixed as the most preferred was xbox followed by PC and then PS4.  The third question what game is better GTA 5 or saints row and surprisingly saints row won.  The next question was what is the best place to eat and the answers where the answers where very different as peoples answers where all very different as no place actually won as mac donalds and the local chippy tied.  The fourth question was asking what is the best sport and football and ruby tied.  The fifth question was just asking the gender of the user and there was way more men then women.  The sixth question was what’s your favourite kind of genre and all the mostly tired except from comedy and horror being only a little bit higher than th
