2.2 Spell Casting Visual Effect
First to start with this visual effect you will need to get a Cannon camera and film a wand or a stick or whatever like that. Once you have filmed the video with the wand you will need to transfer the video to a computer and open up Premiere Pro. Once you have opened Premiere Pro put the video into the program then you can start adding the effects. under the effects tab you can apply the lens flair filter to the image. then click n the video to show the tab on the left side of the screen then click the two arrows at the top right of the tab then effect controls. Once your in the effect controls go down to flare center then move the lens flare so it goes to the top of the wand in the video and also you can change the brightness of the lens flare by Turing up the brightness under the option flare brightness. Then you can just move the lens flare to the top of the wand for the rest of the video by moving the video by one frame each time then moving the lens flare.
